Hey all, as stated I'm in an interesting spot.

I'm 34, worked in several tech and non tech roles and now I'm looking to transition into a more stable space, let me list everything below.

2010's: Got my A+/Net+/Sec+, Worked as a SysAdmin for 2 years, then a gap, then 4 more years until late 2020 when the pandemic layoffs hit. I worked as a Sales Manager inbetween which paid more at the time and gave me leadership experience managing a team and speaking with shareholders etc.

2020 - present: Worked in Community and Social Media Management for 6+ years, mainly gaming but recently landed two top 50 Big Tech companies within a year under contracts.

Today: Looking to transition into programming. I'm going to get my CompSci degree, and possibly a masters in CyberSecurity.

My questions: How difficult might it be for me to find a good job with my background? Its a bit all over the place but I have a solid experience in IT already prior to my current ventures and Im curious if I need to start at the bottom and fight or if I might be seen as a general asset after the degrees.

Additionally, what certs should I focus on? I was thinking CISSP, CCNA (as a refresher), SySA+, AWS AI and Cloud, HashiCorp and CKA.

Basically I know itll still be tougher but I want to be in a good position for interviews when the time comes. Any help is appreciated!

EDIT: I forgot to mention I currently have a software engineering bootcamp as well so some prior fullstack experience.
