Hey all,

I work for a PE firm consulting for a storage facility in west orlando. Our facility is top notch and I recently lowered rates to undercut competitors. With that being said, I've had trouble with promotions being succesful. What would make you sign up? Rate lock (storage companies are known to hike rates), first month/2 free, 50 percent off 4 months, etc? Any thoughts on this would be very helpful! Want to make it as inexpensive as possible to rent safely and securely
