I’ve started my PhD when the first three months were incredibly slow due to holidays and supervisors not being around. I finally moved and was trying to find my footing in an unfamiliar environment. I definitely wasn’t at 100% and had a lot of criticism from one of my supervisors that I had very little progress. Now I’ve gotten advice from my medical team for a medical program for both my mental and physical health and it’s left me feeling maybe I’ll never be suited for a PhD. Feeling quite lost and losing confidence. How do I know this is for me?
