I'm aware it's not going to be a patch on slime, but seems slime-adjacent.
Looking for something similar to slime but portable - I had one of those squishy dumpling things but found it a bit lacking.
Does anyone rate Needohs?

I should start by saying I'm really enjoying the show, it has many excellent qualities and so far has been significantly better than a lot of other modern programs.
But I'm finding myself frustrated by two choices in particular:
[Spoilers for both the TV show and the book]
>!- Becka is in love with Agnes!<
>!- Agnes is in love with a guard!<
>!For me, I think the insistence that women must be driven by either romantic love or maternal love - and nothing else, is really quite narrowminded. One of the strongest themes in The Testaments is the platonic love and loyalty between women and friends. Turning these motivations sexual really cheapens it. !<
>!I have absolutely no issue with gay storylines. I need to make that really clear - this isn't about that. But in the book, Becka was effectively asexual. Asexuality doesn't typically get enough representation in mainstream media anyway, but particularly in this story I think that making Becka gay is massively taking away from her background story, and feels like its been thrown in for extra tension and drama, rather than for actual merit. Becka was horrendously abused by her father, this is the reason she doesn't want to be a Wife - and she is *ecstatic* when she can become an Aunt. This shows a real different perspective on many things and makes the bond between Becka and Agnes feel even more special - the loyalty of friends. It's almost as if the show writers couldn't imagine such intense loyalty unless it was romantically/sexually motivated. I feel they've done Becka's struggles and trauma dirty here. !<
>!Agnes being in love with a guard just feels unnecessary. It's less problematic than Becka's change, but I still feel like its been thrown in because the idea of a story that doesn't involve a woman pining over a man seems boring, and that's really disappointing. Again, it cheapens the story lines and reduces these women's struggles and motivations to very male-gaze style tropes. !<
I could go on at length, but I don't think we need an essay on the subject!
Whilst I love slime (obviously), I can find the slimes where you make combinations quite stressful - almost like I don't want to ruin them.
As a result, I have several slimes (mostly from Rodem) where I didn't add the clay part, and its now gone very hard.
I assume this is unrecoverable, and can't be revived in anyway?
Also - does anyone else have a strange aversion to mixing the slime? I have OCD, so I'm wondering whether that's part of it!
