Is anyone else having issues with the daily supplies not unlocking at all?. Already leveled up and still no slot unlocks

Since the update my game audio feels muffled, I already have the HD audio and resources downloaded but I can't seem to fix it, could anyone help me with some info on how to fix it please? On dmz I can't hear footsteps or the zip lines, and before the update I didn't have an issue with the audio.
