Anti-inflammatory serums for hypertrophic scars?
I was reading Dr. Davin Lim’s website about microneedling scars, and he said not to do raised scars without using anti-inflammatory drops.
I tried googling that but the only products I found were prescription-only. I read somewhere that HMW serums are anti-inflammatory. Could anyone recommend something along those lines?
Otherwise considering taking NSAIDs and using red light therapy only when working on hypertrophic scars. Does anyone have any more insight on the topic?
