I'm looking for some suggestions / advice on this stucco repair on my porch. I think step one is to knock away anything remotely loose. After that, since it is against concrete, I can wash the surface and apply one base layer directly. After that dries a thin color layer is what I'd need to match the rest of house.

Am I totally off base?
