No International Letter Mail Option?

I recently started selling stickers on Etsy, and just got my first international order. I've shipped all orders thus far via lettermail because I only sell one or two at a time per person, and have had zero issues with getting the labels via Etsy. However with this order (I'm based in the US and the order is to the UK), is not giving me the letter mail option-just these for both my own packaging and USPS.

Does this mean I can't get the label via etsy and need to go to the post office directly to get the Global Forever Stamp, or is there something else I'm supposed to do? The order came in last night and I was going to mail it tomorrow, but now I don't know what to do. I would appreciate any advice because when I was researching before opening my shop most of the videos giving advice on shipping stickers said that there was the ability to send stickers like this even internationally.

Update: Thanks for the tips! While I'm good a fixing things jewelry is a bit out of my skillset-at least of this nature, so I brought it into a local vintage shop where there's is one brooch stand where I'm friendly with the owner. She said she's fixed brooches like this before with similar issues so she's going to work on it and I pick it back up next week! Thank you so much!

Accidentally dropped a 50s brooch earlier and one of the gems snapped off from the impact-can it be fixed? It's my favorite brooch and belonged to a very kind older woman that's a regular where I work. I love wearing it, but I don't want her to see it like this and feel terrible since it was her mother's.

(Also sorry if this is the wrong place to ask)
