I'm a graduate of the Missouri Auction School 1993. They gave me the honorary title Colonel. Therefor many auctioneers use the Colonel title. I auction mostly households and estates. Currently I am working on a machine shop equipment & tools liquidation. Today, I conducted a storage auction. This was a first-time auction for one bidder. I think she had fun. A lot of my auction customers are resellers; so my auction business feels like a wholesale operation. We have seen some wild purchases by our auction customers! Ask me anything.

My housekeeper friend cleans STRs. She said today her workload dropped 50% this year. HOs are converting to LTRs or selling properties completely.
