Arriving in Casablanca in 3 weeks and need some guidance on how to find accommodation for reasonable price.

I'm very excited to be in Morocco on the 2nd of June from Australia. Excited to visit your city and create good memories and make Moroccan friends.
I'm planning to stay in Morocco for 3 months and Casablanca will be my main hub. I'll be travelling around the country but I'd like to find good accommodation, nothing fancy, in a safe area and reasonably priced.
I'm a single male so a studio apartment or a small condo is more than enough.
Happy to live a little further out but close to public transport.
Preferably around ~3000 MAD per month because I need to budget for accommodationa in other cities too.
Please recommend Facebook groups, websites or any sources to find accommodation.
I speak a little arabic and some french (my background is Egyptian) and I can communicate fairly well.
