Any cadre subs?
I'm debating whether I should apply for cadre next year, HR said I'm a shoe-in but unfortunately it would mean needing to work every Monday and Friday. The pay is $10 more an hour but I would lose the flexibility of only needing to work one shift a month to stay in the system. Cadres--has the pay increase been worth it for you?
