Original post was going to be titled something like 'Conservative Shooter vs. Scrounger on Griffonfoot Pistols' but after some testing, I just really struggled to actually proc it. Even when point blank aiming directly at a raki's head, I still couldn't proc the effect consistently.

When I was first comparing the two I figured Conservative Shooter would win easily, given the chances of getting at least one headshot when aiming at a dense enough crowd, but it just never happens.
