Hi everyone,
I applied for Express Entry (French category ) on November 1, and it has now been about 6 months with no final decision.
I called IRCC recently and was told my status is:
- Eligibility: Review Required
- Medical: Passed
- Info Sharing: Completed
- Criminality: Passed
- Security: Not Started
There have been no updates for a while, no additional document requests, and no procedural fairness letter.
I also ordered GCMS notes (ATIP) yesterday and I’m currently waiting for them.
I’m starting to get a bit concerned about the “Review Required” and the fact that security hasn’t even started yet after 6 months.
Has anyone had a similar timeline (especially Review Required + Security not started at this stage)?
How long did it take for your eligibility to pass or for your file to move to final decision?
Any shared experiences would really help. Thanks in advance.
