Had a very stressful week sometime during March and I briefly raised my voice slightly after failing a task I wasn't really qualified for. I obviously never insulted them, but I said I couldn't do what they asked of me in a rather emotional tone and let the moment pass without apology. Since then, things have been friendlier, and I go out of my way to help out with additional work, but I'm not sure if apologizing this far out would open up some bitterness or anything. I have a tendency to catastrophize minor disagreements or mistakes at work that aren't that big of a deal, and I'm working on treating this with some anxiety meds and therapy, but this still bothers me a little. Should I bring attention to that poor decision I made or just put my best foot forward and let bygones be bygones?
