Does anyone else have a similar experience of their T levels rising 6 months after last nebido shot?
They had their T levels checked Dec 22nd and it came back as their T being too high (27 nmol/l) so the GDC told them to wait another 4 weeks from what was due to be their next injection (mid Feb) and have another blood test.
With this delay their next injection was due on 22nd March, but again in March their T levels came back as still too high with only a small drop in level (26) so they waited another 5 weeks. They had a blood test again this Tuesday but their T level has risen to 28 rather than dropped!
Does anyone else have experience of T levels on nebido rising over 6 month since their last injection? If so what was the cause?
The GP is speaking to the GDC for advice. The GP is very experienced with trans healthcare and is baffled saying he has never seen this before, so though we should ask the wider community to see if anyone had a similar experience while waiting to hear back from the GDC?
(could I ask that if you don't have personal experience of this or don't know someone who does, please don't respond with medical guesses - my friend has a lot of medical anxiety and that's why I am posting on their behalf to weed out the 'it could be XYZ horrible disease' guesses. Thank you! )
