I’m looking at a set of secondhand Emeril pro-clad advice like the ones in the picture. I’ve never used this range. Does anyone have any thoughts and/or experience with them? For defense, I’ve used Emeril’s
heavy copper bottomed skillet. They were okay.

I just got t first ALOX model after owning many standard models previously. This Alox is great, but I’m not familiar of there are any fakes about, so wanted to ask you all. I notice the knife makes a metallic ping sound when closing the tools. Is this normal ?
