Hey everyone. Im a used book seller in Canada.

Sourcing from thrift stores and used book sales.

My account has been frozen until I complete the video interview, as my account is currently under review as per section 3 of the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement.

I can provide the government id and the bank statement.

Its also asking for supply chain documents/invoice for 2 ASIN. All I have is my thrift store receipts with no actual book names on them..

Is this something I can sort out? Surely they know used book sellers are buying the books used without sourcing them from the book publisher?
