[SC] landlord trying to do another quarterly inspection not even 2 months after last.
Had an inspection end of march and all they did was take pictures and then complain place was messy. No checking of fire alarms or hvac for leaks just pictures. Place wasn’t even a huge mess my wife just finished making breakfast for kids so some dishes in kitchen and kids rooms had toys on floor. Whatever Ignored it because I just want to be left alone. But yesterday I got another notice about another quarterly inspection and was given a whole 2 week window on when it’ll be done. I’ve called twice so far and left 2 messages asking why so soon for another one and if they’ll actually do an inspection this time. I have yet to get any response from anyone. At this point I’m gonna refuse them entry because it’s starting to feel like harassment. The last inspection they gave us a 4 day window there is no reason to make it a 2 week window now. Is there anything I can do?
