I have a Lenovo laptop, and the problem is that it suddenly went to a black screen, but the cursor is still visible. Its built-in keyboard is broken, so I use a plug-in (external) keyboard. I can’t force restart it because the power button is also broken; what I do to turn it on is poke the Novo button.
Since it was stuck on a black screen earlier, I just waited for the battery to drain. Once it died, I turned it back on using the Novo button, but when I selected 'Normal Boot,' it just went back to a black screen with a cursor again. I already tried the techniques I saw online using the keyboard—the one for the Task Manager and the one to reset the graphics card—but they still didn't work. Please help me.
