Good Morning
I just had inguinal hernia surgery 3 weeks ago, going on 4 and feeling great. With the hernia, I sadly had to stop jogging entirely for 4 months from the diagnosis to the surgery, so I am rusty.
My question, from either personal experiences, medical expertise or scientific approach, by end Next week, which will be 4 weeks of recovery, should I start light jogging on a treadmill or take it to the street?? For references, I have been able to do some power walks and can easily stomp out 20K steps easy. I'm able to walk up hills and feel little to no pain in my groin while doing so, so I'm feeling the burn to start running.
thanks
