Just got my first Stream Deck XL. Having issues setting customer icons for keys. When I select Set From File to install an ICON to a specific key, the other icon then disappears. I seem to only be able to keep one icon Set From File. I have created an application profile. I am using Canva to create the icon graphics. I have tried saving the profile after installing each custom key. That does not work. The graphics are sized correctly at 144 x 144 px. I keep the icons in a folder labeled Custom Icons where the Icon Packs get installed. Not sure what I am doing wrong and I can't seem to find this issue in the online documentation or You Tube. Thank you for any help!
I would also add that dragging and dropping the custom icon onto the key does not work for me either. Using the latest 7.4.1 sw. Also latest version of Windows 11 25H2 26200.8246
