Feeling discouraged
I started with 0.25 two months ago. In my first month i was walking everyday and eating mindfully and lost 10 lbs. Month 2 on 0.5 I had a set back with lots of academic stress. was not walking as much and stress eating. I actually gained 2 pounds back but lost them again the week after finals. Going into month 3, still on 0.5 (due to my school schedule and the rigor of my program we agreed to hover here for three months), i’m still stuck at that 10 pound loss. I’ve lost about 4.5 inches off my waist which my dr. said i would see first. i’m just feeling really discouraged rn despite picking up this first week of month three with better eating habits and exercise again. Has anyone else had a similar struggle?? Have you noticed anything that helps pull you out of this rut?
