Hey so recently I was pulled into a job under false pretenses, I was told I’d have parental leave which I didn’t get in writing…100% my fault…upon arrival I was told that I wasn’t correctly informed, I moved over 200 miles with no family anywhere near my pregnant wife is due 22-24 weeks after I started and they’re deadline is 26 weeks, they also do leave for adoption does anyone know what the process on that might look like or how long it may take?
