For the longest time I was trying to “fix” my skin.

Different products, routines, cutting foods, adding supplements…
and still getting random breakouts, puffiness, and weird changes I couldn’t explain.

What shifted things for me wasn’t another product, it was realizing my skin was reflecting what was going on inside my body.

I started learning about face mapping (from an Ayurvedic + functional perspective), and it kind of changed how I look at everything:

  • Breakouts in certain areas lining up with hormones or digestion
  • Puffiness connecting to stress, sleep, or fluid retention
  • Redness showing patterns of inflammation or sensitivity

It gave me a way to see what my body was struggling with, instead of guessing.

What surprised me most is how helpful this is if you are more of a visual person.
I always struggled with “listen to your body” advice… but I can see changes on my face.

That made it click.

I actually put together a simple guide/training for this because friends kept asking me about it. It’s nothing crazy, just a practical way to start understanding what your face might be reflecting.

If anyone’s curious, I can share it.

Or happy to just chat about what I have learned too.
