Hey! So after I got 5 periods I reduced 250 calories (I weight food so it’s not eye ball); I kept 2 times workout and steps exactly the same but I increased % percentage. I went to get a body scan so it’s accurate. I did not increase muscle mass, just fat and weight. Did anyone got through this?
I just want to lose fat :(

Hey! For those you have recovered, how many cycles after did you start to lose weight?

And it’s best to increase exercise while being at maintenance calories or a slight exercise and no modification in exercise?

I just had my 5 period and walk 11-12k steps everyday + 2 weight training sessions a week
