Does anyone know this auntys videos have seen 2,3 videos of her in youtube but only one remains now.

I have been working as a sap consultant for a mnc for 3 yrs now eveyone is jumping companys but i am feeling a home sick kind of thing towards this company the work culture is good the people are great only downside is the salary. What should i do should i jump regardless
