Looking to sublease my 3x1 at the Oliv. My room is fairly large compared to other Oliv rooms, it's a corner room with two floor to ceiling windows. First month will be $1200, next two months will be $1405.

All girls unit, comes fully furnished.

Building has gym, sauna, pool/hotub, and rooftop that can be booked from 10pm-2am for parties.

Utilities and fees are ~$60-$100 on top of rent; wifi, maintenance, and security is included in rent. Maintenance team on site Mon-Fri, and Security on site 7 days, 7pm to 5am. Fob accessed building.

A block away from safeway, the link/bus station, and the Ave, two blocks away from UW campus.
