Need help contacting X-Teink support.

My X-Teink 4 arrived defective. The Select button registers as Back most of the time. The issue has been present since the first use. The firmware has been updated, and troubleshooting did not resolve it, so it appears to be a hardware issue.

I sent 3 support emails from different email accounts, each including my order number, and received no response.

I’m trying to arrange a replacement, but cannot get in contact with support.

Has anyone found another way to reach X-Teink or dealt with this before?
