Hi FACEIT team, I'm reaching out because I need help with a verification conflict.

Around April 2025, I accidentally verified my ID on a secondary account. When I tried to verify my original main account (KaanScott1), it was banned for "Multiple Accounts".

I am not trying to smurf or break any rules. I just want to play on my main profile and I'm happy to have the other account permanently deactivated to follow the one-account policy.

Could a senior admin please take a manual look?
