I'm an associate therapist working at a group practice. The owner pays for my Psychology Today profile and requires me to allow her to access it. I wrote everything on the profile myself and generally maintain it, but she makes small changes to it sometimes. I discovered today that she has logged into my profile and written endorsements for other clinicians at the practice under my name. Two of them I only met once and very briefly at a work-related activity, and the third I've never met at all (the practice has multiple locations). She deleted the endorsement I had genuinely written for her and replaced it with her own. There are also new endorsements of me by other clinicians at the practice that were clearly written in her style.
This is weird and unethical, right? Is it common?
