I have finally seen every document that will be needed (1948 case) and I'm filling out the CoNE request. I have a few questions that I may have seen asked before, but I can't find them now:

• When filling out the subject names, do you have to include misspellings on census records or just on vital documents?
• When filling out children and spouse, should you include the same name twice if they were given Italian names at birth, but are known by the English equivalent (on a census for example)?
• For the children, do you need the exact birthday, or can you just put the year?
• I have a search result letter from USCIS already, should I include the case number in the Internal case/reference number box, the additional information box, or not at all?
• I have her spouses citizen #, which is in the USCIS letter, should I include that in the additional information box?

My fault if these have been answered before, but I'm just trying to get it done right so we don't have to order it again.
