Hello! Looking at some positions at COD and thinking through some of the non-monetary benefits that might be available working at a community college. Their study abroad office looks very impressive. Are these opportunities that many employees take advantage of? I’m assuming staff receive tuition discounts, but not discounts for the program fees? Would love to hear any perspectives from staff who have participated!
