Does Cymbalta feel like a stimulant for anyone else??

I started two days ago as a new approach for helping my ptsd and chronic pain.

For context, I am 4 years sober from non-script Adderall, mdma, and cocaine abuse/addiction and my psychiatrist said these can “jumpstart your nerves” but holy shit I had such a hard time sleeping the past few nights, my heart rate is going crazy, no appetite, i am even clenching and twitching my jaw

is this normal? Does it eventually stop?? My psychiatrist is a bit flakey (but free and got me through sobriety) so she doesn’t communicate the best with the medication side effects or longterm uses
