I have a friend from college that I have not seen in about 6 years that I got an invite for a wedding from. We’ve not really talked at all in that amount of time aside from when they contacted me for my address for the invite. After that a few months later I’ve not heard from him or anyone in the friend group. They live about 6 hours from me and they were within my primary friend group in college, we were close during that time but everyone mostly separated after graduation. I did send a gift but I didn’t hear back when amazon delivered it. I did reach out a couple times for general banter but wasn’t really reciprocated. SO not quite sure if I should show up and kind of upset by the lack of chatting given how close we were. It’s my first wedding invite too.
