Hello im a e4 in the army been in germany for alomst three years and am looking to do a csp "skillbridge" from august to december with ten days of terminal leaves to take me up to my ets. My question is what so i need to do to clear germany and not return. I'm not sure what etp do I need is it one to do the program or is the etp that is sent back from the pentagon my ticket or do I need a etp from my unit saying that I can. overall a extremely confusing process since they moved it all virtual.
