Hello, everyone. I'm a "Steam tourist", i.e., I use one region while being in another. Unfortunately, I need to contact Steam Support as I have problems with Steam Guard.

Questions:

1. Should I change my Steam region to the real one BEFORE contacting Steam Support? Or is it pointless as Steam will know about my "moves" anyway?

2. Where can I find Steam Support web pages with information about any "limitations" Steam may impose on my account? So far, I've only found general information, not specific details.

I would appreciate answers from people who have been in same/similar situations, not assumptions.

Yesterday I purchased these headphones. Adjusted them, downloaded initial updates.

Today I wanted to try LDAC codec and Soundcore app asked to update the firmware. When I click Download app shows 0% for several seconds and then informs me No Internet connection. Connecting to WiFi or using mobile internet doesn't work.
