Disassembling an old bed , don’t mind the dust bunnies. Anyway they look like the twist to screw in and lock in type of hook thingies, if that makes sense. If It’s not possible , I’m ok with tearing it off the hinges but I’d rather save it for a rainy day.

I added chicken from the can mushrooms and bok choy and special guest green onions

I love my onions with some rice.
