Hi everyone, I need some advice regarding my current situation.

This is hopefully my first job. I applied to two companies recently. Yung first company already gave me a job offer, and my orientation is scheduled to start tomorrow. However, the second company—where I also passed the final interview—has scheduled a job offer discussion tomorrow as well.

The thing is, mas attractive yung benefits and career growth opportunities sa second company compared sa first.I’m a bit torn on what to do.Has anyone been in a similar situation? I’d really appreciate your thoughts or advice.

Also, if I decide to go with the second company, Okay lang ba na I decline ko yung first—especially since my orientation is already scheduled?
