I used dawn powerwash and weber grill cleaner to clean the heat shield and favorizer and I couldn't get everything off. I used bar keeper friend for the interior but not much came off. I already scraped off the burned bits with a scraper. What should I use to clean the fire box, heat shield and favorizer? This is Bull grill.
