I'm a first time mom of 7 month old twin boys. I'm having a hard time keeping milk supply up. I've looked into clean formula options but unfortunately they're all out of my price range. The only one I found that I could afford is Costco's Kirkland brand. Reviews online rave about it but is it actually a clean formula? I've also looked into goats milk but it's such a controversial thing. I'd love to hear thoughts on that or any other suggestions. (They are starting solids but it's not enough to make up for the milk).
