People are always talking about the atlantic slave trade but never the ones in middle east that have existed far before it, and that are still happening today.

As a society we should be implementing middle eastern slave trading history into school curiculums and give it the twisted recognition it needs.

Dude, best case, a nation is comfortable and can feed its own people, has amazing GDP per capita, amazing human happiness index, etc, etc, basically everything a nation can possibly do for its people, they still should NEVER in any way be obligated to provide for another nations citizens just because that nations government cant provide for them.

For example, lets think of all the refugees coming from the south of the globe, whos country could probably be unfortunatley be classified as a failed state or else they wouldnt be escaping it. We are quick (at least my friends) to judge developed countries that don't want to recieve them for being racist and as they say right- winged and maga. we dont think about the country they were comign from, since its technically their countries fault for not providing them with security and stability that they need.

what do yall think
