Can I mend a street dog on my own?

What do I need to heal a street dog on my own?

Removed 2 ticks, what felt like hundreds of tiny bugs, shampooed, found more bugs. Dog won't drink water, worried nipples engorged from pregnancy or having just given birth, totally alert and loved chasing rats. I could order dewormer, flea shampoo, and medication online, but I don't know what else I need to consider. Totally socialised, this adult dog is clearly a teacup that was abandoned for not being micro. Unfortunately a problem here.

The local emergency vet told me to just buy a new dog. Also a prevalent perspective here. The other vets are out of office at least 3 more days for new year.

Am I being overconfident?

New Facebook group in Cambodia

Hello,

In case you're living in or want to chill in Cambodia, a few of us have put together a Facebook group, For & by Black people in Cambodia, to compete with the "Black in Cambodia" group created by a white guy and populated with fake Black accounts he made.

Hoping to have in person events soon, but first we need to get the word out to Black folk here.
