This is my revision rhinoplasty with rib removal, and I'm two weeks along. I generally like my profile, since my first rhinoplasty ruined it by creating a saddle-shaped defect. But the way my nostrils and columella look from below is terrifying. The columella is crooked to the left, and my nostrils are completely different. I've now got wounds on my columella from the retainer in my nostrils, so I'm temporarily stopping wearing it. Are there any specialists here? What's the chance it will straighten out?
