Help me read my In Body scan
Just did this today for the first time. Not really sure how to read the water portion, am I dehydrated or is it good? Also how accurate is the BMI and PBF on these? I’m not the leanest I have some fat around my stomach and I have big hips, but I don’t consider myself overweight. I lift and run consistently and have to be strong for my work. It recommends I lose 20lbs but that seems like too much to me I don’t want to lose strength.
