Quickly timing lighting and sound

I've done a lot of syncing Eos and QLab so lights go with the music using MSC or OSC, but it often takes a good while to set it up, even when the network already exists.

What's your workflow for timing lighting to sound on Eos? Assuming you don't have advance copies of the tracks and have somewhat limited tech time.

[TOMT] (Song) Version of 'Rainy Night in Georgia'

I have distinct memories of a version of Rainy Night in Georgia. The singer was male and had a deep voice. The song featured on a CD that had a black and amber case sleeve. The sleeve had an image of something dark, and something (potentially a car?) lit by what I remember to be sodium lamps that used to be used for street lighting.

It is not:
- Brook Brenton
- The Overtones
- Tony Joe White
- Rod Stewart
- George Benson
- Rupert Holmes
- Aaron Neville
- David Ruffin's
versions of the song (specifically the ones on Apple Music UK).

Help finding this would be greatly appreciated, it's a very nostalgic song for me.

Context: based in Surrey, England. In August, my 2nd floor apartment saw a bunch of mites (best identification was bird mites) moving in for just over a week. I managed to get rid of them by spraying copious amounts of isopropyl alcohol all around where they were known to be (living room: sofa and window, kitchen: on top of washing machine, may have been some around window too.

They're back again, though darker in colour. Previously no harm caused but seems like they're biting now. The photos are from August, I haven't been able to get a clear photo this time round but I do have a video (on request).

Can someone please suggest what these are and how I can get rid of them, and prevent them from coming back? I live with OCD and this is really upsetting me. There is a pigeon living on a beam two floors down, but there are no trees touching that part of the building, so no idea where they're originally coming from.

Video here: https://viddynest.com/v/gpVLw2F7-a

I had a visit from these bugs in August, there were dozens of them in my apartment. Some in the living room (specifically around the sofa), some in the kitchen (specifically around the washing machine). I thought they might have been bird mites. They don't appear to cause any harm, but the idea of them being here and getting in is causing me a lot of concern. Last year I sprayed a lot of isopropyl alcohol around and it seemed to get rid of them.

Can someone please advise what these bugs are, and offer basic advice in line with the sub's rules on dealing with them? I also want to know how they might be getting in. I keep the windows closed usually, but they do have small air vents at the top that are sometimes open.

The video above was taken today, these photos are from last year.

Is there a recommended distance between incandescent lights (Source4 profiles) and moving lights (Mac Auras)?

Science would dictate that hot lanterns would damage plastic shells, but logic dictates the plastic shells are highly heat resistant...

Never been an issue before but I'm trying to pack a really tight bar with as much as I can!
