Hi everyone,
I’m finishing up my prerequisites for the CCSF RN program and just need Chem 32 to get into Physiology and Microbio. I’ve been putting it off, but now I have to take it this semester or next.
The problem: Brian Wong is the only Chem 32 instructor, and his RateMyProfessor reviews are abysmal. I know I’ll struggle without a patient, responsive teacher, and he sounds like the opposite.

I’m looking into taking an equivalent class at Skyline, College of San Mateo, Cañada, or Chabot instead. Has anyone done this to get around CCSF’s limited options?
Specifically:
- Do you know the course titles (e.g., at Skyline, I think it’s Chem 410)?
- Did the credits transfer smoothly for the CCSF RN program?
I know I’m cutting it close with registration deadlines, but any advice from people who’ve done this would be hugely appreciated.
