First of all, here are my components:

. CPU: i5 11400f

. GPU: GTX 1080

. Mobo: Asus Prime B560 Plus (updated to the latest BIOS version)

. RAM: Corsair Vengeance 2 x 16GB 3600MHz DDR4

. CPU Cooler: Cooler Master MasterLiquid ML360R RGB. I replaced the fans with Noctua NF A12X25.

. SSD with operating system: Samsung 990 Pro 2TB

. PSU: Corsair RM 1000X

. Case: Fractal North XL with Noctua NF A12X25 fans

Hi, I'm posting here because I'm out of ideas.

About a month ago, and without changing any components in my computer since 2024 (fans, ram, case, and storage), my PC started rebooting randomly. These reboots became increasingly frequent to the point of getting stuck in a boot loop every few seconds. Occasionally, it would let me enter the BIOS or even use the computer normally for a while before restarting again on its own.

I thought it might be the power supply, so I replaced it, but the reboots persisted.

I tested my RAM and CPU in another build, and they worked perfectly, so I thought the problem might be the motherboard.

I bought a second-hand motherboard bundled with another CPU since it was a good deal. Initially, everything seemed fixed; temperatures were great, and I took the opportunity to update the BIOS and Windows. However, the very next day, the reboots started again. Just like before, I can sometimes reach the BIOS and Windows.

My new motherboard doesn't have debug LEDs, but on the old one (Asus ROG Strix Z270E), it would reach the VGA LED before rebooting. I tried removing the GPU and running solely on my old i7-7700K, but the system kept rebooting.

So far, I've tried the following:

- New PSU

- New CPU

- New motherboard

- Tested without the GPU (reboots continued).

- Tested RAM in a different build (worked fine)

- Disabled XMP profiles in BIOS

- Removed unused motherboard standoffs from the case

-Tried a different wall outlet.

I think the only things left to try are assembling everything outside the case and trying a different CPU cooler. Does anyone have any other ideas? Thanks!
