Hi cake deco's!
After this Mother's Day our team shrunk out over 100 Chantilly cakes to be donated to the local foodbank.
Is this normal? It just seems like an excessive amount of shrink.
Should the team be expecting any repercussions for this?
Edit- Our TL had us make 500 Chantilly cakes in total specifically for this holiday.
