recently passed and got a car, was fine for a while but a few weeks ago yellow lines got put in outside my house so I started parking a few houses up the road ( perfectly legally not blocking driveways or anything ). I parked out side one man’s house and he left an angry note ( not the one pictured above) and shouted at me a story about how his son couldn’t park there and threatened to slash my tires , and threatened me with the slightly odd implication of telling me both his sons play rugby. I stopped parking near his house obviously . And parked further up the street and received a more polite note from someone else . Which I again though slightly peeved by moved my car as at least it was polite .
I moved to outside another house and both owners have assured me they were perfectly content with me there as they saw the notes on my car and wanted to assure me it wasn’t them. That brings me to this third note which one of the two owners of the house I’m parked in front of brought me to assure me it wasn’t him.
It’s similar in style and tone to the first one and threatening , obviously . My cars fully taxed insured MOT’d etc so no concerns about his council cousin😭😭. But I wonder if I have any remedy or any suggestions from people as I’m not even parked in front of this guys house now and he’s threatening me. Also makes me very nervous and upset that somebody would threaten me over this . I mean I have no case for harassment I’m sure but it’s deeply unsettling. I’ve kept this most recent note in case he actually does do something .
