Hi! Me and my friend are going to be staying near Rouen and we want to explore and sight see areas without spending an unnecessary amount of money.

Could anyone recommended good and fairly priced restaurants? Also, are things in Rouen done mostly with card or is cash still accepted? Finally, where is the best place to buy groceries?
